Job Description

Job Title: International Chat Support Executive Airline Process

Location: Gurugram

Salary: 3.5 LPA (CTC)+ Incentives

Job Description: We are hiring International Chat Support Executives for a leading airline process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls and delivering high-quality customer service to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via inbound chats
Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel policies
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Participate in assigned training sessions to improve performance and client satisfaction
Maintain adherence to company and contact center policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of International Process Experience
Excellent communication skills (spoken & verbal clarity)
Prior experience in customer handling via calls is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in airline/travel process is an added advantage

Shift Details:

Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
5 days working with rotational offs
