IGT is conducting Mega drive for new talent. Graduate freshers are invited to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries.
• Assist customers with account details, transactions, debit/credit cards, loans, and other banking services.
• Resolve customer issues within defined TAT.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality.
• Update customer details accurately in the system.
• Cross-sell banking products when required.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory (NO BTECH)
• Freshers & Experienced (Minimum 6 months) candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shift.
• Comfortable with 6 days working
• Salary up to 2.5 lpa + Incentives
