Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in timely and professional manner
  • Resolve product, service related issues efficiently
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies and customer service procedures

Preferred candidate profile :


  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Min 6 Months Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism

Details :


  • Day Shift - 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Off.
  • Location - Chandivali
  • Immediate Joiners
