Job Description

We are hiring for the HRO Process for the role of Tier 2 Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer/candidate support through calls, emails, and chats while ensuring excellent service quality and SLA adherence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
  • Log all interactions accurately in ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Provide support to candidates (fresh applicants & rehires) as per process
  • Assist customers in navigating self-service portals
  • Follow escalation matrix for unresolved issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR guidelines
  • Maintain SLA targets and quality standards
  • Update knowledge base / process documentation regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Preferred candidate profile

  • Work From Office role
  • Rotational night shifts (US timings)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong communication skills are a must

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  • Prior International BPO experience is an added advantage

Work Schedule:

  • US Shift (Night Shift)
  • Rotational Week Off (MonFri / TueSat / WedSun)
