Hiring: Customer Support Executive (International BPO | US Shift | WFO)

Location: PDC5,Bldg.No. B3 & B4,Magarpatta City SEZ,IT/ITESSEZ, Magarpatta City Village Hadapsar,Taluka Haveli,Pune-411013

Salary: 30,000 CTC | 25,000 In-hand
Experience: Freshers

Shift : Night Shift

Role Overview:

Hiring for Tier 2 Customer Support role to handle Calls, Emails & Chats for international customers. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via Voice/Email/Chat
• Provide support to candidates (application/rehire queries)
• Assist with portal navigation & issue resolution
• Log cases in ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Follow SLA, quality, and escalation processes
• Ensure customer verification & compliance

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any discipline)
• Good English communication (spoken & written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & ticketing tools
• Open to US shifts & rotational week offs
• Comfortable with Work From Office
