Level: Agent level.


Transport : 2 Way


Shifts : 24/7 Window

Salary : Max upto 3.60 LPA

Work Location : DLF Building


Rounds Of Interview : HR, Technical, Ops, Versant Writing.


Education Quallification: Undergraduate and above


Experience Range

Min 1 to 3 Years of exp into BPO Domain only.

Responsibilities:

Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Television, Routers and Computers.

Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.

Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

The ability to think logically.

Strong customer focus.

Respond quickly to customer requests/needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain individual performance towards client KPIs.

Willing to work 24/7 with rotational off's ( US Shifts )
