Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Voice Coach to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
- Deliver training materials, including presentations, guides, manuals, and course evaluations.
- Coordinate training schedules based on requirements.
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice coaching or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience management and CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with training and development delivery.
