Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

• 11-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing, with at least 35 years in a QE Lead or Manager role.
• Strong experience in leading both functional testing and test automation teams.
• Hands-on understanding of test automation frameworks, strategies, and CI/CD-driven QE practices.
• Solid domain knowledge in Trade Regulatory Reporting or Capital Markets, preferably OTC Derivatives.
• Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex QE deliveries.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management and requirement qualification.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with global financial services clients.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks and reporting standards is a strong plus.
• Experience scaling QE practices in large programs or multi-vendor environments.
