Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of working capital products such as LAP, MF, Bonds, etc.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits and market research to expand the customer base.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of agricultural finance products and services offered by the bank.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
