Job Description
- Manage monthly salary processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle payroll management, maintain records, and resolve employee queries
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Maintain employee documentation including contracts and HR records
- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll and compliance-related matters
- 25 years of experience in HR payroll & compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, Keka, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Opportunity to work in a structured HR environment
