Talent Acquisition ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from clients/managers and plan recruitment strategies accordingly
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients
Negotiate salary and finalize candidates as per company policies
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
