Job Description:
* mostly Blue collar hiring
- Field Recruitment
- 80% hiring and 20% backend works
- Pharmacists hiring and pharmacy assistants hiring
- maintain 100% manpower fill rates of pharmacies and warehouse as per allotted manpower budget
- NSO hiring(New store openings)
- Hiring Pharmacists and pharmacy assistants for New stores as per the given time lines
- Attending job drives
- Conducting campus drives
- pharmacy colleges network building
- promoting job requirements using social media platforms
- onboarding new joinees
- completing joining formalities of new Joinees
Eligibility Criteria
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience in bulk / Blue Collar hiring
* MBA qualification is an added advantage, though not mandatory for candidates with relevant recruitment experience.
Work Locations:
* Vijayawada zone: for Guntur, Bapatla, Palnadu districts
