Job Description

    HR Cum Admin Manager - to lead and manage the organizations human resources and administrative functions. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resource Management

    • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit processes.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
    • Manage employee relations, address workplace issues, and promote a positive organizational culture.
    • Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.

    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Lead the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce requirements and talent gaps.
    • Build strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent.

    Administration Management                           

    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
    • Manage office infrastructure, supplies, utilities, and asset allocation.
    • Ensure proper documentation, contract management, and office compliance standards.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, company events, and employee engagement activities.

    Payroll & Compliance

    • Coordinate payroll processing with finance, ensuring accuracy in salary, benefits, and statutory compliance.
    • Manage statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, professional tax, and labor compliance (if applicable).
    • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administrative functions.

    Strategic HR & Organizational Development

    • Support leadership in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
    • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
    • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
