We are hiring "HR Recruiter."

Experience: 6 Months-1+ Years
Qualification:- Graduation
salary: up to 3.5 LPA 
Shifts: Night shifts 
Location: Uppal

Working days: 5 days 

Facilities: A 2-way cab facility  is provided.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (voice & non-voice roles)
  • Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
  • Manage large volumes of candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate engagement
  • Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and MIS reports
