We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Manager for the Life Insurance segment who will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and team handling while ensuring achievement of sales targets and business objectives, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential advisors/agents, developing strong relationships with clients, understanding customer needs and offering suitable life insurance solutions, conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team productivity, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring consistent target achievement, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing, staying updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership ability, problem-solving mindset, and prior experience in life insurance sales or BFSI sector will be preferred, candidates must be target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent business results.
