Description:

We are looking for Freshers who can start their career in an IT organization, AN Individual who has just completed BCA or BSC in Computer Science in 2hidden_mobile, Internship experience may also work, Walkin drive soon,

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries professionally
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN)
• Familiarity with ticketing tools or helpdesk software
• Knowledge of remote desktop tools
• Internship or training in technical support is a plus
