We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive for a Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing effective solutions while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
Explain products, services, and processes clearly to customers
Maintain call logs and customer records accurately
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when required
Ensure a positive customer experience on every call
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12th pass / Any graduate (Freshers welcome)
Good verbal communication skills in English and regional language
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in voice-based customer support or call center roles
Good listening and problem-solving skills
