Job Role: Research Associate

Location- Chennai

Exp- Fresher to 5 years

CTC- Up to 3 LPA

Qualification- M.Pharm (Pharmaceuticals/ Industrial Pharmacy)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to support research activities by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. The candidate will assist in conducting market or industry research, preparing reports, and providing insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights.
Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Assist in data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of research findings.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand research requirements and objectives.
Maintain research databases and update information regularly.
Support senior researchers or analysts in ongoing research projects.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research and data interpretation abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines
