    Urgent Hiring || Business Development Executive || Noida

     

    Location- Noida

    Profile- Business Development Executive

    Experience-2 years

    Ctc upto 4.5 Lpa (depends on interview)

    Working Days   6 days (9:30am-6:30pm)

     

    Required skills-  

    • Minimum graduate preferably post graduate degree
    • Min Exp. of 2-3 years
    • Preference to those who have experience in dealing with govt. customers i.e. Indian Army, Air Force (Ministry of Defence), Ministry of Home Affairs (Police, Security), Railways && Private sector customers.
    • Preferred experience in Drone/UAVs/Aviation sector

    KRAs:

    1. Revenue & Sales
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Increase order bookings and margins
    • Drive new customer acquisition
    1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
    • Identify new industries and geographies
    • Build and manage sales pipeline
    • Improve conversion rates
    1. Client & Key Account Management
    • Manage enterprise/government clients
    • Conduct demos and solution presentations
    • Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
    1. Partnerships &Market Intelligence
    • Develop channel partners 
    • Track competitors in the market
    • Provide market feedback to management
