Job Overview:
The primary responsibility will be to drive sales through telesales activities, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote financial products and services.
* Follow up on leads and manage a sales pipeline.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales.
* High school diploma or equivalent (12th Pass).
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Work Details:
* Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off.
* Shift: Day shift.
* Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
* Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore.
Compensation & Benefits:
* CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA.
* Salary Hike: 1015% on current salary.
