    Job Overview
    We are looking for a proactive and customer-focusedClient Follow-up Executiveto manage customer interactions, handle queries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Understand customer queries, provide appropriate solutions, and resolve concerns or complaints.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to provide updates and confirm issue resolution.
    • Provide customers with correct and relevant information regarding services or processes.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
    • Monitor service requests and ensure closure within defined timelines.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and build positive client relationships.
    • Meet assigned performance targets such as call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).
    • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
    • Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or follow-up roles will be an added advantage.
