Role & responsibilities
This role is responsible for:
- Designing structured multi-channel B2B acquisition funnels
- Building and executing email and nurture campaigns
- Developing vertical-specific content assets and landing pages
- Maintaining attribution and funnel integrity
- Converting engagement into qualified discovery meetings
- Generating measurable pipeline value
Initial priority verticals include Outdoor Hospitality, Boutique Fitness, and Financial Services, with expansion into additional verticals as business objectives evolve.
This is a revenue role. Success is measured by qualified meetings, opportunities created, and pipeline generated not activity alone.
1. ICP Definition & Vertical Strategy
- Develop structured Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks by vertical.
- Define firmographic, operational, and behavioral targeting criteria.
- Build and refine target account lists aligned to business priorities.
- Identify buying triggers and engagement signals.
2. Funnel Architecture & Campaign Strategy
- Design and implement structured, multi-channel B2B acquisition funnels.
- Develop gated content strategies aligned to vertical pain points.
- Build structured experimentation plans across messaging and sequencing.
Maintain segmentation, tagging, and UTM discipline to ensure attribution accuracy.
3. Content & Conversion Infrastructure Activity KPIs
- Conceptualize and produce long-form assets (e-books, guides, playbooks, PDFs).
- Develop high-converting landing pages aligned to defined ICP pain points.
- Align messaging to business outcomes tied to core service offerings.
- Optimize conversion rates across content and landing environments.
4. Email Marketing & Automation
- Own email marketing platform execution.
- Build and optimize multi-step nurture and drip campaigns.
- Develop automated workflows triggered by engagement activity.
- Maintain list hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and tagging standards.
- Monitor and improve open, reply, and engagement rates.
5. Meeting Generation & Qualification Use:
- Qualify prospects against defined ICP and structured qualification criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
- Convert inbound engagement into qualified discovery meetings.
- Execute targeted outbound follow-up for warm leads (calls, LinkedIn, email).
- Ensure all positive engagement is followed up within 1 business day.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including activities, stages, and next steps
6. Pipeline & Revenue Contribution
- Generate qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
- Deliver meetings that meet defined qualification standards.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and monthly performance assessments.
- Refine strategy based on conversion data and opportunity quality.

- 2025 outbound calls (primarily warm follow-up)
- 4060 emails (nurture + targeted outreach)

- 58 qualified discovery meetings booked
- 35 new qualified opportunities created
- 5075 unique accounts engaged
- 80% adherence to activity targets

Preferred candidate profile
- 812 years of B2B growth marketing and/or inside sales experience
- Proven success scaling digital lead funnels
- Hands-on experience with email automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build multi-step nurture sequences
- Experience developing high-converting landing pages
- Experience creating long-form thought leadership assets
- Strong understanding of UTM tracking, segmentation, and attribution frameworks
- Experience supporting consultative or high-ticket B2B sales cycles preferred
- Strong CRM discipline
- Comfortable working US shifts
