End-to-end app acquisition & re-engagement strategy
Large-scale Google UAC & Meta Ads campaign management
Retargeting to improve down-funnel conversions
KPI ownership: CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Funnel Efficiency
Structured A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding)
Attribution-led insights via AppsFlyer & analytics tools
Budget accountability scale winners, cut inefficiencies fast
What You Bring
56 years hands-on performance marketing experience (app ecosystem preferred)
Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
Strong analytical mindset with growth experimentation approach
Ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced environments
Commercial thinking installs + revenue impact
Tech Stack
AppsFlyer | Firebase | GA | Mixpanel
ASO exposure preferred
Consumer internet / D2C / Marketplace background is a plus
