Role Overview
As a Technical Support Executive, you will interact with domestic customers to understand their technical concerns and provide accurate solutions. You will be responsible for delivering efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding technical queries

Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 - 2 years in Technical Support / BPO / Voice Process / Customer Service

Good communication skills in English and Hindi
