    Role Overview

    As a Technical Support Executive, you will interact with domestic customers to understand their technical concerns and provide accurate solutions. You will be responsible for delivering efficient support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding technical queries

    • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues

    • Guide customers step-by-step to resolve their problems effectively

    • Maintain polite, professional, and customer-focused communication

    • Record customer interactions and update details in the system

    • Follow company guidelines to maintain service quality standards

    • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and high satisfaction levels

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Experience: 0 -  2 years in Technical Support / BPO / Voice Process / Customer Service

    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi

    • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

    • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

    • Strong problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
