Job Description
- Handle incoming calls from customers or clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about products, services, or processes.
- Responsible for UK client, handling queries, appropriate assistance
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and EM-pathetically.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools

Excellent Communication skills are mandatory.
Graduate or 12th Pass freshers or minimum 6 months BPO Experience
