Job Description

    An Account Executive (AE) is a sales professional responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue, and closing deals. Key duties include prospecting new leads, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction to meet sales quotas. They act as the primary liaison between the organization and clients. 

      Key Responsibilities
      • Sales & Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach to meet or exceed revenue targets.
      • Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact, building long-term partnerships, and managing existing accounts.
    A Junior Accountant supports the finance department by performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and assisting with month-end closing. They maintain accurate financial records, aid in audits, and ensure compliance with regulations under the supervision of senior accountants.    Key Responsibilities
      • Data Entry & Ledger Maintenance: Recording daily financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accuracy in financial databases.
      • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, managing vendor payments, issuing customer invoices, and following up on outstanding accounts.
      • Bank Reconciliation:  Reconciling bank statements with internal accounts, identifying, and resolving discrepancies .
    • Financial Reporting Assistance: Preparing journal entries, assisting with balance sheets, and contributing to month-end/year-end closing procedures.
    • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and aiding in internal or external audits.
    • Administrative Tasks: Handling petty cash, filing documents, and supporting the accounting team with ad hoc reports
