Job Description

    An Accountant Assistant Manager oversees daily financial operations, prepares financial reports, and ensures regulatory compliance. Key duties include managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end closing, and supervising staff. This role requires 310 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance. 

      Key Responsibilities
    • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts.
    • Operational Accounting: Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and payroll.
    • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS), GST, and tax regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
    • Account Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for vendor, customer, and bank accounts.
    • Supervision: Lead and support the junior accounting team, reviewing their work for accuracy
