Job Information:

• Designation                    : International Customer Support Executive US Process

• Location                          : Bangalore (Work from Office)

• Shift                                : Rotational / Night Shift (US Time Zones)

• CTC                                 : 4 LPA -  9 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance)

• Qualification                  : Any Graduate / 10+2 / Diploma

• Experience Required     : 1 - 6 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers

• Provide end-to-end customer assistance and product support

• Resolve customer concerns and basic technical queries efficiently

• Maintain professional communication with international clients

• Update call logs and case details in CRM systems

• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, Quality & CSAT

• Deliver excellent customer experience consistently

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)

• Previous experience in International Voice Process is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Comfortable working in US night/rotational shifts

• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on service quality

• Immediate joiners highly preferred
