Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic Customer Care Executives to support international banking customers by handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality customer experience across global processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for international banking clients
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services

Query Resolution

• Address customer concerns related to accounts, transactions, and services
• Ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Process Adherence

• Follow banking compliance, policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain data confidentiality and security standards

Documentation & Reporting

• Record customer interactions accurately in systems
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and tracking

Customer Experience

• Deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Build positive relationships with global customers

Key Skills Required

• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Customer Handling & Problem-Solving Skills
• Basic Banking Knowledge (Preferred)
• MS Office / CRM Tools Knowledge
• Ability to work in International Shifts
