Hiring HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) | 01 Year | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day) | Saturday (Half Day) | Sunday Fixed Off

Izee Manpower Consultancy is hiring HR Recruiters to handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment. Excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to grow in Talent Acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for IT & Non-IT roles
Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
Coordinating interviews with clients
Managing job portals and database
Follow-ups and offer coordination
End-to-end recruitment process

Eligibility:

0 to 1 year of recruitment experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
Interest in IT & Non-IT hiring
Target-driven and confident personality
