Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1.Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media,

networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for contract-to-hire positions.

2.Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications and match them to specific job requirements.

3.Client Communication:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client representatives to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Ensure that the client's expectations are aligned with the qualifications of the candidates presented.

4.Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • Facilitate the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates.
  • Provide support in preparing and delivering employment offers to successful candidates.

5.Candidate Onboarding:

  • Assist in the onboarding process of candidates transitioning from contract to permanent roles.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates during the contract period to ensure their satisfaction.

6.Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Produce regular reports and metrics to track recruiting performance.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, IT, etc.).
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a C2H or contract staffing environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skillsets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and ATS systems.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in contract hiring.
