Your Role

Total Experience: 9-12 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore

Manage end-to-end service delivery, including issue/risk/dependency tracking and mitigation across SAP/ERP/Custom application landscapes.
Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery through strong communication, coordination, and leadership.
Drive program planning, SOW creation, milestone tracking, budget/P&L management, and financial reporting.
Execute high-value business solutions and transformation programs across operations, automation, and systems integration.Implement process excellence, quality controls, and continuous improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and governance

Your Profile

9-12 years total experience with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management (SAP, ERP, Oracle, or Custom Apps).
Strong techno-functional understanding across ERP or application technologies, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master certification required, PMP preferred.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational improvements.
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow; strong communication and time-management capabilities.
