We are hiring CRM Associates (Outbound Sales) responsible for driving subscription sales through outbound telecalling. The role involves engaging with both existing and new leads, pitching DKG Annual Subscription Plans, handling objections, and closing sales conversions over calls.
This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in outbound tele-sales, especially those who have sold insurance, subscription plans, financial packages, or similar products.
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Pitch and sell Instantpay DKG Annual Subscription Plans
Handle objections effectively and close sales over phone
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
Update CRM system with accurate call outcomes and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sale onboarding
Graduate in any discipline
13 years of outbound tele-sales / inside sales experience
Prior experience in selling insurance, subscriptions, financial products, or packages preferred
Proven track record of closing deals over calls
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Candidate must be multilingual:
