AV / VC Support Engineer IT Infrastructure (Onsite Support)

Role Overview
We are looking for an AV / VC Support Engineer to manage day-to-day Audio Visual and Video Conferencing room support across corporate environments.
The role focuses on ensuring AV/VC rooms are fully functional, supporting troubleshooting activities, handling IT hardware movement, and maintaining documentation and asset tracking.
This is an onsite operational support role involving strong coordination, proactive room checks, and quick incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily AV/VC room health checks and ensure room readiness
- Troubleshoot AV/VC equipment issues (audio, video, display, connectivity)
- Replace faulty cables, displays, and AV accessories when required
- Support VC equipment setup and basic troubleshooting
- Handle AV/VC hardware movement, packing, unpacking, and deployment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for safe asset movement
- Maintain reconciliation of AV/VC assets and labeling as per site guidelines
- Manage documentation, gate passes, and tracking records for asset movement
- Respond to and acknowledge tickets within defined SLAs
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal AV Engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with site security and operational processes
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience in AV / VC room support
- Knowledge of display systems, HDMI, audio devices, microphones, cameras
- Basic troubleshooting of conferencing setups
- Hardware replacement & physical setup experience
- IT asset handling / deployment exposure
- Ticketing system usage experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to enterprise VC platforms (Zoom Rooms / Teams Rooms / Cisco VC)
- Experience in corporate IT infrastructure environments
- Asset reconciliation or IT inventory handling
- Basic network connectivity awareness
- Experience working in large office/campus environments
Experience Required
- 1 4 years of experience in AV / VC Support / IT Infrastructure Support
Work Environment
- Onsite Support Role
- Field movement across office floors/buildings may be required
- Coordination with internal IT and logistics teams
