Job Description
Job Title - Learning Experience Developer
Job Purpose
The Learning Experience Developer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative learning solutions. This includes creating e-learning modules, face-to-face training materials, and blended learning experiences using sound didactic principles. The role requires strong technical skills to build interactive content using tools such as Articulate 360, Easygenerator, and other authoring platforms.

Key Tasks
- Instructional Design & Development
- Design and develop e-learning courses, virtual classrooms, and face-to-face training programs based on adult learning principles.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure learning effectiveness.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for digital learning content.
- Recommend learning methods (quiz, e-learning, blended, virtual, classroom) to subject matter experts
- Technical Development
- Build interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Easygenerator, and similar platforms.
- Integrate multimedia elements (video, audio, graphics) to enhance learner engagement.
- Ensure compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Quality Assurance
- Test and troubleshoot learning content for functionality, usability, and accessibility.
- Maintain consistency in branding, design, and user experience across all learning materials.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into learner-friendly formats and to respond to the business needs.
- Partner with global and regional Certified (Learning & Development) leads, HR, Talent Development, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning technology and instructional design and corresponding AI tools
- Recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.

- All Certified / Learning & Development heads (Global, Region)
- Global Certified Project Management team
- Graphic Support team
Management Responsibility
- Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in instructional design and development of e-learning and classroom training.
- Ability to work with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Easygenerator, etc.).
- Proficiency in learning design tools including AI, LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Experience with gamification, microlearning, and mobile learning.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Previous experience: Prior experience in a similar role in an international / Corporate environment is preferred.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Education: Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years in instructional design and development of e-learning and classroom training in an international / Corporate environment.
- Proven experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Easygenerator, etc.).
