Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer management, and onboarding) for Non-IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain recruitment data in ATS/Excel trackers.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support HR operations as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- 58 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter role.
- Strong understanding of hiring across industries such as FMCG, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing, or BPO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record in non-IT recruitment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in volume hiring and leadership hiring.
- Exposure to HR analytics and recruitment automation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
