Job Description

HR Intern (Talent Acquisition).

Duration : 6 months-1 year

Sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals: LinkedIn, IIM jobs, Naukri, etc
Coordinating and Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, following up for feedback
Asist in collection of candidate documentation
Maintaining and updating candidate records and data
Negotiating Offers with the candidates
Candidate Engagement: Resolving candidate queries about the role, recruitment process, etc

Job Requirement:

Knowledge/experience of using job portals
Understanding of recruitment process
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Looking for Immediate Joiners.

Stipend : 10K for garaduates And 12K for PGs
