Design and deliver training programs for corporate clients on soft skills, voice & accent, and process training.
Conduct needs analysis to identify client requirements and develop customized training solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored services.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of Soft Skills Training, Voice & Accent Training, Process Training, and Corporate Training methodologies.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Flexible to work in night shifts and work from office
