Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in MS Office and domain knowledge in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance our service delivery. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will play a crucial role in optimizing policy servicing processes ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims.
  • Provide expert guidance on Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy servicing workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data and generate insightful reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of policy servicing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in insurance servicing.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex policy servicing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all servicing activities for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to improve policy servicing efficiency.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring high-quality service delivery that positively impacts society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to provide expert insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and engage with clients.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve servicing issues effectively.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing documentation.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to industry changes and evolving client needs.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance servicing.
