Job Description
We are hiring Senior HR Recruiters with a Civil / Construction background who are interested in transitioning into Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
This role is ideal for Site Engineers / Civil Supervisors / Construction Professionals who understand civil profiles and want to build a career in HR Recruitment. Complete recruitment training will be provided.Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Civil & Construction roles
- Sourcing candidates like Site Engineers, Supervisors, Project Engineers, etc.
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients
- Site visits and coordination (Pan India travel)
- Maintaining candidate pipeline and MIS
- Understanding project-based manpower requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have a Civil / Construction background (BE / BTech Civil / Diploma Civil)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate projects
- Experience as Site Engineer, Civil Supervisor, Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, or Billing Engineer
- Hindi speaking is mandatory (English working knowledge preferred)
- Willing to travel Pan India for recruitment and project coordination
- Strong understanding of civil roles, site operations, and manpower requirements
- Interested in transitioning from site-based role to HR Recruitment
- Comfortable with telephonic coordination, interviews, and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and online job portals
Preferred Background
- Site Engineer / Civil Engineer / Diploma Civil
- Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Real Estate experience
- Exposure to manpower handling on site

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 35,000 per month (4.2 LPA)
