Job Summary

The SDM-IOA Delivery role is crucial for managing and optimizing delivery processes within our organization. With a focus on MS Office and MS Office Web Components the candidate will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys success. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts with no travel required. Experience in Auto - Finance and Accounting Auto - Compliance and Risk Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is advantageous.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize delivery processes to ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
  • Utilize MS Office and MS Office Web Components to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Implement best practices in delivery management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate delivery performance to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide technical expertise in MS Office applications to support team members and enhance project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for delivery processes to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of delivery objectives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Support the integration of domain skills in Auto
  • Finance and Accounting Auto
  • Compliance and Risk Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance delivery processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote team engagement and productivity.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and challenges to maintain focus on delivery excellence.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Office Web Components to support delivery processes.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate delivery performance and drive improvements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Have experience in Auto
  • Finance and Accounting Auto
  • Compliance and Risk Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice to have.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to day shift requirements.
  • Display commitment to continuous learning and professional development in delivery management.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in delivery processes.

    • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist certification is highly recommended.
