What would you do
We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.

What are we looking for
Oversee and manage the commercial process for banking customers, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for account opening, customer onboarding, and account maintenance, focusing on accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on legal requirements and regulations related to probate and legal order processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution of these processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal guidelines and requirements in probate and legal order processing activities.
  • Should have strong Interpersonal skills which is crucial to build trust with clients, provide excellent customer service, collaborating effectively with colleagues from other deal and foster a positive work environment.
  • Should have strong client relationship management which involves direct interaction with clients, maintaining strong and trusting relationships with clients and creating strategies to generate revenue through client relationshipsMonitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to the retail banking operations team, including training, performance management, and career development.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the retail banking operations team, emphasizing high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
  • Should possess strong negotiation skills, including the ability to prepare for and conduct negotiations, understand and articulate the needs and interests of both parties, and work towards a mutually beneficial outcomeShould demonstrate strong conflict management skills, including the ability to identify and address disagreements, mediate disputes and facilitate a constructive dialogue between parties to reach a resolutionServe as a subject matter expert for processes under commercial banking operations and support to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and archiving of account-related information, probate cases, and legal order processing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and risk management teams, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to retail banking
