The Job:
As a Manager Sales, you will be part of our Direct Sales team. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted sales of Stanley products within the assigned territory and vertical in line with the Stanley strategy. Works through direct OEMs and Tier Customers by facilitating the development of Business. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to carry out the B2B sales in CV, Tractors, Off-Highways, Metro Rail, Renewables/Solar segments. We expect the candidate to be experienced and highly confident in Corporate Sales.
Youll get to:
- Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; identifying sales opportunity and generating leads
- Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; Understanding budget and identifying accurate needs of client
- Negotiating with customer and providing quotes, estimates and getting first orders
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
- Reviving business with old clients by re-establishing contact
- AR and Account Reconciliation on timely basis with the Management expectations
The Person:

You also have:
- Minimum 7-10 years of Sales experience, principally in B2B environments
- Preferably bachelors degree in business, or related Engineering Experience
- Demonstrated selling/channel experience in Fasteners, Engineered Plastic components sales in Auto- CV, Tractors, Off Highway industry
- Demonstrated experience in consultative selling-like methodologies/approaches
- Existing industry, end-user, reseller network knowledge
- Sound analytical skills in gathering data from multiple sources, eliciting key interpretive outcomes and support strategy setting
- Budget & reporting skills monitoring, reporting, defining key issues and corrective strategies
- Experience in supporting/coaching colleagues
- Negotiation skills
