Job Description
Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in relevant field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and business unit managers to understand their objectives, challenges, and people-related needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's operations, goals, and strategic direction to provide proactive HR support.
- Act as a key point of contact for the business units, fostering strong relationships and promoting effective communication.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and impartial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.
- Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are desirable but not mandatory.
