Job Opportunity: QA Team Lead _ HCL Tech (Chennai)

We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15-20 days.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience in the insurance or banking domain.
Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of QA data and presentations.
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with defined measurement standards.
Validate the accuracy and adequacy of dashboard metrics and sampling plans.
Respond promptly to rebuttals and work towards reducing overturned cases.
Participate in client calls and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
Provide timely responses and comprehensive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) solutions.
Analyze customer specifications and support CTQ (Critical to Quality) identification.
Identify and report process gaps to stakeholders and escalate critical issues with proper analysis.
Mentor team members and guide them on continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish containment controls and monitor ongoing process improvements.
Prepare calibration questions and ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
Maintain the team skill matrix and conduct regular training sessions.
