Role Overview
The Relationship Manager will drive client acquisition and revenue growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound prospects, presenting financial advisory solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. This is a high-performance, target-driven sales role focused on conversion, client onboarding, and expanding client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with inbound and outbound prospects to drive conversions and client acquisition.
Present and position the firms financial advisory solutions in a compelling, sales-focused manner.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to conversion and onboarding.
Build strong client relationships to increase retention, wallet share, and lifetime value.
Identify and execute ethical cross-sell and upsell opportunities across advisory services.
Work closely with financial advisors and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client records, and interaction history in CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Generate referrals and repeat business by delivering a superior client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in Finance
Strong understanding of financial advisory, planning, investments, and basic taxation principles.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar domain (AMCs, Advisory Companies, Wealth Management Firms).
CFA or CFP certification.
