Application Support Engineer | Payments Domain | Remote

Experience: 4 14 Years

Designation: AVP/VP Payments Technology Support


Job Requirement:
Strong experience in Application / Production Support
Experience in Banking / Payments / Core Banking / AML domain
Good knowledge in SQL, UNIX / Linux
Experience in Batch monitoring, job scheduling, incident management
Exposure to SWIFT / RTGS / NEFT / UPI / Payment systems preferred

Hands-on exposure to at least one core banking / payments platform such as OBP,
Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finastra Fusion Payments, TCS BaNCS, or Temenos Transact
Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow / JIRA / Remedy)
L2 / L3 support experience required
TCS BaNCS / Core Banking support
Autosys / Control-M / Monitoring tools
Production support in critical applications
