Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls
- Will be doing rigorous follow-ups with the customers.
- Customer interaction and customer service.
- Email correspondence.
- Willing to work 24/7.
Requirements:
- Graduate with Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be able to communicate their thoughts clearly in English.
- Minimum 1 year experience with GDS Sabre or Amadeus.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter. Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to implement new ideas. An out of the box thinker.
- Must be able to multitask without compromising on quality.
- Must be a team player and share all findings with managers.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
