Job Description

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Location: Pune / Indore / Bangalore / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new client acquisition for US IT Staffing services.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with Direct Clients.
  • Understand client requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent staffing) and coordinate with delivery teams for successful fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and business proposals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closing account management.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the US staffing domain.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment/delivery teams to ensure quality and timely submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 812 years of proven experience in US Staffing / IT Staffing Sales.
  • Strong connections with US clients, vendor ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
  • High level of ownership, target-driven, and result-oriented.
