Job Title: Sales Executive for Sheet Metal & Fabrication industry
Location: Jigani, Bangalore
Industry: Sheet Metal Engineering & Fabrication
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in FMCG/FMCD/ Sheet Metal industry
Salary: Up to 7 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the sheet metal/fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of shop fit-outs, POS display racks, and customized fabrication solutions by engaging with retail brands, contractors, and commercial clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail fit-outs and fabrication projects
• Promote shop fit-out solutions, POS display systems, and custom sheet metal products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, architects, interior designers, and PMC consultants
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with design and production teams for drawings, costing, and execution
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Follow up on order execution and ensure timely payment collections

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate/MBA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal, fabrication, retail fixtures, or interior fit-outs/FMCG/FMCD
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in shop fit-outs or retail fixture industry
• Existing network with retail brands, mall operators, or contractors
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
